About The Position

The Sales Ops Specialist role is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing sales operations, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and company objectives. Requirements

  • 8+ years in a similar role contributing to sales operations, business development and strategy, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and expertise in sales process optimization.
  • Ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments.
  • Experience translating business goals into actionable sales plans.
  • Executive level communication skills & experience creating board level presentation decks & customer engagement materials.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Sales, Americas to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Streamline sales processes, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and sales enablement tools.
  • Work closely with the ecosystem - inside sales, solution architecture, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, conduct data-driven insights, and recommend adjustments to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment.
  • Contribute to sales operations, business development, and support functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales leadership, FLMs, ICs (sellers), and executive teams, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
