About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Strategy and Success, this role will serve as a key Strategic Partner to the Global Sales Organization owning the systems, tools, and analytics that power revenue growth. This role is responsible for optimizing the sales technology stack, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and delivering actionable insights that improve performance and decision making. In addition, the role will own the Sales Enablement function-ensuring teams are equipped with the training, content, and processes needed to maximize productivity. By aligning tools, analytics, and enablement, this leader acts as the critical enabler of sales productivity, excellence, and long-term growth. This position is located in either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or a related function within a high-growth or global organization.
  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Business Systems, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Strong expertise with sales and analytics platforms including Salesforce.com, Power BI, Databricks, and related GTM systems/tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Sales Enablement initiatives, including training programs, content development, process adoption, and change management.
  • Experience driving operational excellence through process optimization, systems improvements, and scalable automation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute high-impact strategic projects across global sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of GTM motions, sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and partner/channel sales models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Prior people management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT and Finance to develop and execute the roadmap for Sales Analytics/Tools enhancements including, but not limited to, Salesforce.com, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Own and drive the Sales Enablement function by partnering with Sales Leadership and other functions to deliver training, content, and process enhancements.
  • Own all strategic projects for the Sales Organization by identifying the largest, systemic challenges and driving systems/process optimization, as needed to address issues at the root level.
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations of existing and new GTM opportunities and channels; serving as a key influencer of our Partner GTM strategy across the globe.
  • Manage a team of 2 existing headcount focused on Sales Enablement and Analytics.
