About The Position

C-4 Analytics is seeking a senior-level, high-impact sales leader to manage one of its sales teams. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving the revenue engine, managing and mentoring a team of Outside Sales Representatives, and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle. The role involves aggressive target account approaches, outbound contact strategies, and leading high-stakes calls. The Senior Sales Manager will lead a consultative sales process, translating complex solutions into business outcomes, with a focus on daily coaching and execution to drive tangible results. The position is based in Wakefield, MA, with a hybrid work option available. Local candidates are preferred, but exceptional non-local candidates may be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional training.
  • 7+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically within the digital marketing and automotive industries.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of selling digital products and navigating the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive, collaborative relationships.
  • High-level proficiency in project coordination, time management, and computer systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Commitment to meeting the company’s comprehensive core and role-specific competency models.

Responsibilities

  • Fully manage, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring all outreach aligns with company standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive territory management, target account development, and messaging for key markets.
  • Oversee pipeline development, ensure accurate CRM data maintenance, and support sales consultants.
  • Travel consistently with consultants to advance deals, close new business, and represent the company at trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Presentation teams to optimize sales tools and reporting.
  • Support executive sales leadership by ensuring flawless execution and reporting from the sales team.
