About The Position

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales performance to achieve assigned order budgets and market penetration goals. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The position contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives by aligning regional strategies with overall business goals and ensuring operational excellence in sales execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of related experience, preferably in technology, capital equipment, or instrument sales.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a regional sales team.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and other departments.
