Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. This role involves maximizing revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients, using professional sales techniques to negotiate terms and conditions, and managing accounts to ensure all aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. The position also requires coordinating various departments' participation in servicing accounts, maintaining hotel relationships with key accounts, developing and conducting persuasive sales presentations, articulating and leveraging hotel benefits to close sales, traveling locally for outside calls and competitor reviews, and representing the hotel at trade shows.
