About The Position

DuploCloud is seeking a dynamic, execution-oriented Senior Sales Manager to accelerate our next phase of growth. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of 6–8 Account Executives while acting as a hands-on “player-coach,” setting the strategic vision for your team and rolling up your sleeves to help navigate complex deals. This leader will play a crucial role not only in driving net-new revenue, but also in helping DuploCloud expand into new buying centers, upmarket opportunities, and new product categories—including our emerging AI offering. You will also work closely with our key ecosystem partners, particularly AWS and GCP, to deepen field relationships and develop a repeatable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a high-performing SaaS or technology sales team.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota and strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated success managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level stakeholders (technical sale preferred)
  • Experience selling a product in an emerging category, or one with a developing brand story.
  • Prior experience working with or selling through cloud ecosystem partners strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating a culture of excellence that consistently surpasses revenue and productivity goals.
  • Setting clear expectations around revenue-driving activities, pipeline building discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns, in-market events, and demand-gen activities to fuel pipeline creation.
  • Designing scalable processes, KPIs, and structure for a Commercial Sales org in a high-growth environment.
  • Coaching AEs on sales strategy, deal execution, opportunity management, and long-term career planning.
  • Acting as a hands-on leader, actively joining customer calls, engaging executives, and supporting strategic deals.
  • Building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP)—including field sellers, alliances teams, and marketplace stakeholders.
  • Developing partner engagement motions that influence pipeline, accelerate deals, and create new footholds in target accounts.
  • Leading your team in positioning and selling innovative or emerging product categories, ideally helping bring new offerings—such as our AI product—to market.
  • Enabling AEs to confidently articulate value propositions and secure early lighthouse wins.
