The role entails managing and scaling up the retail branch banking business for the region by implementing strategies to achieve growth targets. It is accountable to ensure expansion of branch footprint, product penetration and delivery of high quality customer service. The role bearer is responsible for identifying business potential areas for an acquisition of Current Account customers in assigned geographies and using enablers to guide a team to successfully converting the same. The role has a P&L responsibility contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.
