This role drives market-level sales strategy and growth while coordinating multiple showroom locations. This role ensures strong sales performance, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience. Partnering with field leadership, this leader incorporates customer insights into go-to-market strategies, segmentation, and sales coverage plans to support revenue and margin growth. They lead and develop Showroom teams, maintain key vendor and customer relationships, and support locations without dedicated leadership. Success in this role requires strong business insight, leadership, and a focus on results, team development, and a culture of engagement and safety.
