About The Position

BC Platforms is seeking a Senior Sales Executive focused on Real-World Data and Evidence (RWD/RWE) to win new life sciences business and expand strategic accounts in the United States or United Kingdom. The role leads complex, consultative sales cycles for the company’s real-world data, evidence, technology, analytics, and scientific service solutions. It is a quota-carrying senior individual contributor position with ownership of the full sales cycle, from territory planning, prospecting, and pipeline generation through solution design, proposals, negotiation, contract signature, and account growth. The successful candidate will translate customer priorities into commercially viable, fit-for-purpose engagements, build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, coordinate internal experts, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts. The role operates with significant autonomy within agreed commercial, pricing, legal, and governance frameworks, and remains accountable for long-term account value and an effective transition from signed agreement to delivery. The position is remote from the United Kingdom or the United States, with approximately 25–40% travel for customer meetings and industry events. It is a full-time, permanent local contract with flexible hours, a January 2027 start date, and a competitive compensation package including base salary and uncapped commission/OTE.
