About The Position

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship building, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client business needs. The Senior Sales Executive acts as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers while upholding the company’s values of service excellence, transparency, and long-term partnership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, IT services, MSP, or solution-based selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, hardware or project-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales forecasting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned markets or territories.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activities, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service delivery, operations) to ensure accurate scoping and solution design.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with account management and service teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
  • Support quarterly reviews and ongoing client engagement as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, conferences, and customer meetings.
