About The Position

Quest Analytics is seeking an innovative Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team. The role involves taking their product to the next level as the company scales and develops its business. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, the ability to develop strong customer relationships, and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve common goals while selling software solutions and services. The position is focused on the National space and requires identifying leads, conducting client presentations (onsite or web), demonstrating software capabilities, drafting proposals, and building/maintaining a client portfolio. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate versatility, self-motivation, and drive. Quest Analytics serves health plans, provider-sponsored plans, ACOs, and benefits consulting organizations, with ongoing expansion into new product areas, offering significant growth potential.

Requirements

  • 7+ years strategic SaaS Software selling experience of complex solutions with a high-performance track record required
  • 4+ years of experience selling to national commercial health plans
  • Experience selling directly to payers
  • Track record of successfully meeting & exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent account development, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges
  • Results oriented, resourceful problem-solver, comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced, and demanding sales environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Demonstrate product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Collaborate with our Product team on market opportunities for our solution suite
