Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience
  • P&C Insurance licensing required

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
  • Leverage Gallagher’s digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by learning, adapting, and finding smarter ways to work
