About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth in Malaysia. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by engaging mid-market and enterprise customers, building pipeline, and closing new deals.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions
  • Proven success in winning new business
  • Experience managing full sales cycles independently
  • Strong pipeline generation through outbound and networking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Commercial mindset with value-based selling approach
  • Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition across Malaysia
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, and closing
  • Engage senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll leaders)
  • Collaborate with partners (BPOs, system integrators) to co-sell opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
