The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring the People systems are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly. The analyst will also be involved in system implementations, builds, and integrations, translating business needs into system requirements and delivering effective solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for new tool rollouts, testing, and ensuring system interoperability is key. This position is both hands-on and strategic, requiring ownership of key HRIS components, problem-solving with partners, and guiding new functionality rollouts. Training users, creating documentation, and maintaining data integrity for informed decision-making are also crucial aspects of this role.
