The Senior HRIS Analyst role is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS platform, including system selection, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and successful go-live. The position also serves as the long-term owner of the HRIS, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and effective integration with other business systems. After implementation, the role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities, and driving continuous improvements to HR technology and workflows. It acts as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure the HRIS supports both operational efficiency and strategic workforce decision-making. The Senior HRIS Analyst will report to the Director of Human Resources and is based in our Santa Clara, CA office or remote U.S.
