We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Financial) with deep knowledge of the Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry. Your expertise enables you to operate as a trusted advisor, using your knowledge to understand customers' business needs, address their challenges, and offer effective solutions. As a natural hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will take ownership and collaborate closely with teams across the company to shape the sales strategy. You will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth goals by building pipelines and closing direct customers as well as working opportunities via relationships with established channel partners. Requirements

  • Demonstrated drive and relentless pursuit of success, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, with extensive experience in both channel and direct sales

  • Ready to take ownership and drive key business decisions, eager to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details, and lead by example
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Proficient in utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to identify and track prospective customers, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related focus or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years demonstrated success in customer communications management (CCM) platform sales
  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications within financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and best practices for driving customer engagement and retention
  • Proven record of leading new business growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals with new customers and partner accounts, while building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction, and alignment with market needs
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring effective relationship-building and customer engagement
  • Apply a rigorous sales process to align solutions with customer business initiatives, painting a compelling vision for prospects and delivering tailored demonstrations
  • Prepare and present proposals, license agreements, and statements of work, while maintaining ongoing relationships with customer advocates, champions through key stakeholders and executive alignment
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy by providing field insights, assisting with marketing campaigns and events, and supporting internal partners to execute successful initiatives
  • Manage post-sale activities, including supporting Customer Care and Accounting teams to assist with any customer concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales quota targets annually, demonstrating a commitment to delivering strong results
