About The Position

We’re building the search engine for AI agents. Our API is designed from the ground up to power RAG and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent, but also informed. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI, from fast-growing startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world. We’re looking for a foundational GTM Enablement hire to help scale Tavily’s go-to-market organization. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve rep productivity, reinforce sales process consistency, accelerate onboarding and ramp time, and help our teams better communicate business value in complex AI sales cycles. This role sits at the center of our GTM organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve how we enable sellers as our product, positioning, and competitive landscape rapidly evolve. Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles
  • Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message preferred
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from 0→1
  • Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution
  • Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales.
  • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development
  • Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation
  • Develop enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and enterprise sales execution
  • Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials
  • Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve ramp time and sales execution
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches
