Propeller is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to help transform how worksites globally utilize drone data. This role is crucial within a fast-growing, high-tech startup, focusing on solving real-world problems. The Senior SDR will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand lead behavior, identify customer needs, articulate Propeller's value proposition, and build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work directly with Account Executives, handing off qualified leads and recommending strategies for closing deals. In addition to pipeline generation, you will serve as a peer mentor to SDR 1 team members, assisting the Sales Development Manager in developing newer reps' skills and success. This position is designed as a growth opportunity, enabling experienced outbound professionals to advance into Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Engineer roles, driving frontline revenue and long-term customer impact, particularly in the Americas region.
