About The Position

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR), you will be focusing on generating qualified leads and scheduling high-value meetings for our Account Executives. In addition to core prospecting responsibilities, this role brings a more experienced approach to engaging senior decision-makers, improving outreach effectiveness, and driving higher-quality pipeline generation. You will engage with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations by phone and email, setting appointments that build a strong pipeline for the sales team. Your success will be measured by your ability to set up high-quality appointments and how those qualified leads translate to new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in B2B software.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, including meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and communicate value statements to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as meetings booked and outreach volume.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage prospecting efforts efficiently.
  • Ability to travel up <10% as business needs require
  • Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work through substantial lists of inbound leads, target prospect sand strategic accounts.
  • Adhering to and refining talk tracks, delivering a meaningful value statement, and executing against targeted campaigns.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls using a web dialer, and emails using a high velocity sales tool.
  • Secure high-quality meetings between potential clients and Sales, ensuring a smooth transition with accurate scheduling time, date, and strong attendance rates. No show attendance will be measured.
  • Follow up on leads and scheduled appointments that were not accepted and re-nurturing them into qualified accepted opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and engagement progress within our CRM system.
  • Analyze outreach effectiveness and adjust messaging and approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with Account Executives & Marketing to align on target accounts and improve meeting quality.
  • Leverage marketing, sales tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency and personalization.
  • Act as a resource to other SDRs, sharing best practices and supporting team development
  • Able to redirect customers to appropriate resources for specific support resolution (e.g. own positive customer experience).
  • Continue self-learning on product platforms and value propositions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
