We are looking for a Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team! This position will support the Director of Business Development and the Sales team by leading the sales demand planning function within our organization, with the goal to develop accurate sales forecasts and effectively communicate these forecasts to the rest of the organization. You will act as project lead to implement tools and software to enhance the demand planning process for the organization. As a managerial role you will lead the Customer Service team to ensure our customers have the most up to date and accurate information about their orders in a timely manner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our planning process by ensuring timely accurate forecasts are built and kept up to date, and by providing this information to various internal departments through efficient and effective reporting and communication. You will lead the Sales Demand Review Meetings as part of our S&OP team and provide input into improvements to our S&OP process so that the organization is better able to deliver on our forecasting KPIs. You will roll up the sales forecasts on a regular basis to present to the executive leadership team our sales revenue latest estimate (LE). You will have the opportunity to lead multiple projects from start to finish and grow with the company as we continue to expand and build our planning and reporting capabilities! Your effective leadership and development of processes and reporting will continue to allow our Customer Service team to provide exceptional customer service.
