The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role includes generating sales, promoting Music & Arts lessons, building business through community networking, developing customer relationships, and participating in store operations. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of relevant work experience.
Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
Promote customer loyalty.
Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
