About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of the store’s sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level store responsibilities. The role includes selling musical instruments and promoting the Music & Arts lesson program, developing customer relationships, and participating in store operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant work experience, and skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
