About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on additional senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role promotes Music & Arts lessons, develops customer relationships, and helps grow business through connections with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. The associate also participates in store operations, including merchandising, displays, maintenance, and security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
