About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes the Music & Arts lesson program, and builds business through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. It develops customer relationships and delivers compelling sales presentations based on sales training. The associate also supports store operations, merchandising, displays, maintenance, and store security, and performs additional duties as assigned. The listed pay rate is $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission, depending on location, background, and experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of relevant work experience.
Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.

Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
