About The Position
The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of the store’s sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role includes generating sales, promoting music lessons, building customer and community relationships, and participating in store operations. This is a part-time position at Store 5908 in Marietta, Georgia. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
- Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
