About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level store responsibilities. The starting pay rate is $15.40 per hour.

The role involves generating sales, promoting the Music & Arts lesson program, building business through community networking, developing customer relationships, and providing compelling sales presentations based on sales training. Associates also contribute to store operations, including merchandising, displays, maintenance, and store security.

Music & Arts offers gig leave for employee musicians, allowing them to take time off to perform and return to their job after a tour. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
