About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals to support the store’s sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role is full-time and pays $15.40 per hour. The position is at Store 3204 in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of relevant work experience.
Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and promote customer loyalty.
Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
