About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and administering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. This role involves deep technical expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL, along with a strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including JML lifecycle management, provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, access certifications, RBAC, and SoD policy implementation. You will be responsible for developing SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors, as well as integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, application onboarding, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and CI/CD for SailPoint deployments is crucial. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and a solid grasp of IAM security best practices are also required.
