Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid State-issued Driver’s License.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Superpower for working independently and as an ultimate team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to keep your cool under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant safety training are highly preferred!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Safety & Security Department to keep our vibrant Center environment safe, secure, and thriving.
  • Run regular campus assessments and audits, turning potential safety hazards into smart, corrected actions.
  • Take charge of campus security, visitor control, and student accountability with a friendly, welcoming, yet firm approach.
  • Deliver engaging safety training and education programs to staff and community members.
  • Respond to incidents with critical thinking, lead investigations, handle documentation, and analyze data trends to level up our safety strategies.
  • Foster amazing, positive relationships with local community organizations to raise safety awareness.
