Requirements
- Proven ability to handle RFQs and grow client relationships
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Assist in pricing, quoting, and accomplishing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat pairs
- Support sales campaigns by managing client calls and converting relationships into trading flow
- Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identifying and addressing anomalies
