About The Position

As a Senior RevOps Consultant at [ ]formal, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire Gong AI implementation process—from initial setup to long-term adoption. [ ]formal is a software consulting and implementation company that helps customers successfully implement and use our partner’s Platform. Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting experience, ideally in a customer-facing professional services role.
  • A proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience with SaaS, and/or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of project management essentials (scope, schedule, and budget).
  • Strong experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com, Hubspot, or Dynamics.
  • The ability to work with various customer operations and technical teams.
  • A track record of influencing change within customer organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • An eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of RevOps and revenue functions, such as forecasting, prospecting, and pipeline management, is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional implementation experience, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of the Platform.
  • Run discovery workshops to identify business needs and recommend elegant solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Consult on change management strategies to drive and sustain platform adoption.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders, including executives.
  • Become an expert on the entire product line, including APIs and third-party apps.
  • Collaborate with customer technical and security teams to deploy the solution and integrate it with their systems.
  • Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
  • Conduct meetings both on-site and remotely, following our professional services methodology.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that help our team and organization grow.
