About The Position

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX (Remote eligible after 6 months). Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will report to the Assistant Director and support your hotel teams grow market share and outperform competitors. What you'll do during a typical day: Enact Revenue Management strategy, including the pricing for all portfolio hotels assigned. Lead weekly Commercial meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel specific goals, ensuring understanding of the team on revenue strategy and pricing. Configure several revenue management systems including GRO, and OnQ R&I. How you'll collaborate with others: Build a positive relationship with your assigned portfolio of hotels and important revenue management partners. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams and Distribution and e-Commerce teams to learn insights and better guide your hotels' positioning on different channels. Partner with operations, front office, and other revenue management team partners to understand capacity constraints and optimize inventory management.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of Revenue Management experience
  • Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
  • Experience analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Hilton's Revenue Management systems (GRO, OnQ R&I, etc.)
