About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Operations leader to architect and scale the operating system behind our go-to-market engine. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, serving as a trusted advisor to the CRO and a unifying force across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will turn GTM strategy into operational reality—driving alignment, clarity, and scalable processes that enable predictable, efficient growth. Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations (B2B SaaS / data / AI strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, models, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and RevOps tooling.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
  • You bring structure without over-process.
  • You’re proactive, opinionated, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
  • You communicate clearly with both executives and frontline teams.
  • You take ownership and follow through.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or data-driven pricing models.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations stack (e.g., CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, tooling).
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Analyze rev data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the GTM funnel. Work with all GTM & Finance managers to reflect the gaps and proactively design better workflows.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making within the GTM teams, based on real business understanding.
  • Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports on GTM performance, key metrics, and other relevant insights.
  • Build clear dashboards and insights that enable leadership to make fast, confident decisions.
  • Partner with Finance on planning, targets, and performance tracking.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared metrics, definitions, and processes.
  • Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structures.
  • Enable revenue teams with clear processes, documentation, and operational clarity.
  • Prepare Nimble’s revenue engine for growth—new segments, products, pricing, or motions.
  • Drive change with empathy and credibility, not bureaucracy.
  • Be a trusted thought partner to revenue leadership and especially to the CRO.
