THE OPPORTUNITY Graduate internships at Cotality are more than just a learning experience; they are the launchpad. This is a 10-week immersive summer program where you won't just observe; you will participate in the day-to-day work environment and tackle real-world technology projects and address property business challenges. Our Goal for You: This program is designed as a standalone, high-impact professional development experience, serving as a vital bridge between academia and the professional world. Program Details: While we are committed to providing you with industry-leading skills, elite mentorship and valuable networking, please be aware that this is a fixed-term program that may or may not lead to a permanent role. Location: We are focused on providing a hybrid experience, working a few days a week in one of our office locations and the remainder being remote. Our two largest employee centers are in Irvine, CA and Dallas, TX, with additional locations in Austin, Tx, and San Diego, CA.

Requirements

  • Academic Level: Targeting Final-Year Students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a graduation date of Spring 2026 or Winter 2026.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Academic Standing: Completion of at least three years of relevant coursework with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Assignment Specific Experience: Advanced Excel skills are a necessity; Salesforce experience and SQL skills are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint). Strong foundation in data cleaning and manipulation techniques.
  • AI Orientation: Proficiency in utilizing AI tools—such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, and Gemini Agents—to bring AI orientation and familiarity to the role.
  • Analytical Mindset: Solid analytical capability and problem-solving skills, allowing for the comparison of current programs to previous ones to assess success rates.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate outcomes and technical insights effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to take direction from multiple people and flex to the work styles of others in a diverse, matrixed team structure.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities, with a high degree of quality orientation and sound judgment.
  • Business Acumen: Solid project management capabilities and strong fiscal aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Data Quality & Assurance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources; clean and prepare data for analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant data-driven insights.
  • Supervision & Growth: Receive general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members while following department processes and client requirements.
  • Program Engagement: Participate in internship activities including onboarding, educational sessions, product demos, and social events.
  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative support, participate in special projects, and perform other duties as required.
