The Senior Director, Rev Ops is responsible for architecting a predictable, scalable revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the CFO, Noah Barr, this leader will be the connective tissue of our GTM organization - shaping strategy, building systems, and driving operational rigor as we scale. You will own the rhythm of the business across forecasting, analytics, systems, process design, and pipeline governance. This role is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives at the intersection of insights, execution, and cross-functional leadership - and who wants to make a measurable impact in a rapidly growing, mission-driven company.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting high-growth enterprise sales motions
  • Candidates with exclusive tactical Sales Operations experience will not be a fit for this role
  • Proven ability to design scalable processes and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; fluency in funnel metrics and SaaS KPIs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level storytelling
  • Sets a high bar and consistently delivers excellence
  • A relentless builder with a strong bias toward action

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Planning: Own pipeline, bookings, and ARR forecasting; run GTM planning (quotas, territories, capacity), quarterly business reviews, and partner on comp design. Make sure top-down and bottom-up forecast pencil across Marketing, Sales, and CS
  • Process & Funnel Optimization: Design and refine end-to-end lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes; improve funnel conversion and eliminate operational friction
  • Systems & Data Management: Lead CRM architecture (Hubspot, Salesforce), GTM tech stack, data governance, and automation initiatives, including tool upleveling. Build dashboards and self-serve analytics
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate company strategy into GTM plans; partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to align goals and execution
  • Insights & Strategy: Provide actionable analysis on pipeline health, marketing to sales conversion rates, rep performance, churn/expansion patterns, and GTM efficiency; drive strategic improvement initiatives
