About The Position

Spark Advisors is a fast-growing Medicare platform dedicated to transforming how independent Medicare advisors operate. We combine AI, an industry-leading CRM, and client services to help over 10,000 brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients. Our mission is to address the confusion and vulnerability seniors face with Medicare plan changes. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to build and manage the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that support our sales and success teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will partner with leadership to ensure our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine is data-driven, predictable, and efficient. This is a hybrid role based at our Broadway office in NYC.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, ideally at a fast-growing startup
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tech systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • A track record of building or significantly improving reporting, dashboards, or operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working in spreadsheets/SQL and translating data into clear recommendations
  • Good cross-functional collaborator who can work with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving work without heavy oversight

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting comp plan or territory model administration
  • Exposure to Medicare or other regulated industries
  • Experience supporting both field and inside sales orgs

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain end-to-end revenue reporting and forecasting, including bottoms-up pipeline and capacity models
  • Administer and continuously improve our GTM tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, and adjacent tools)
  • Maintain KPIs and dashboards that support leadership decisions and day-to-day frontline accountability
  • Support Finance and Revenue leadership on quota-setting, compensation administration, and territory execution
  • Improve lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and funnel visibility across the Revenue org
  • Run deal desk reviews within the constraints set by Finance and the CEO
  • Partner with Success and Marketing on dashboards, hand-off processes, and systems/ROI reporting
  • Identify operational gaps and drive fixes that remove friction for reps and managers
