You'll join an innovative tech company that uses cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud solutions to enable sustainable real estate. Our culture is open, diverse, and team-oriented. With more than 100 colleagues from various nations, we combine a wide range of expertise and perspectives to achieve big things together.

Requirements

  • University degree and experience in Revenue Operations with demonstrable results, ideally in a scale-up or start-up environment.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation and AI-supported workflows, including implementation of concrete use cases and understanding of their value in GTM.
  • Ability to consolidate complex data from various sources, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable recommendations for revenue leaders and C-level.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Experience presenting data clearly using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Experience working with different teams, moderating competing requirements, communicating priorities clearly, and making complex topics understandable.

  • Very good German and English language skills (C1 each).
  • Experience with Confluence or comparable tools and the Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the prioritized sales enablement roadmap and drive it forward, so that manual work in Sales goes down step by step through workflow automation.
  • Define what good pipeline quality and forecast accuracy mean at aedifion, track how both develop, and turn what you see into concrete measures that make our planning more reliable.
  • Analyze GTM data from different sources, spot patterns and connections, and translate them into clear recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on.
  • Design and improve the processes along the entire GTM funnel, set clear definitions and handovers between teams, and keep developing them based on your own analyses.
  • Build and roll out AI agents for recurring steps in GTM work, establish one common standard for how AI automation is used, and keep quality and oversight across all teams.
  • Evaluate tools against defined criteria, prepare well-founded decision papers, and shape together with our Head of Business Operations how new solutions fit into our existing tool landscape.
  • Create the analytical basis for decisions on growth, market coverage and compensation, so they rest on solid data and set the right incentives for our team.
