About The Position

Sigma is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing ~$40M ARR business that is doubling year on year. This role is embedded with the Area VP of Sales, acting as a trusted advisor with a bias for action and strong analytical skills, focusing on strategy rather than just execution. The position is ideal for someone who wants to shape strategy and anticipate problems before they arise, designing systems rather than just running reports.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff function within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep familiarity with the operational workings of a high-performance Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, including pipeline hygiene, territory management, coverage models, operating rhythms, and annual planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex situations for different audiences concisely.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation, with the ability to integrate these into current systems for operational rigor, speed, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with VP-level or above sales leadership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and at least one analytics or BI platform.
  • Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organization, including QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and team alignment cadences.
  • Lead annual planning from the ground up in collaboration with sales leadership, owning the process, timeline, and facilitation.
  • Conduct strategic diagnostics to identify leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics that predict future performance.
  • Develop AI-native workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and enable the team to focus on decision-making.
  • Serve as a direct line to senior leadership, possessing the credibility to challenge and advise, and to defend a well-formed point of view.
