About The Position
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst 2 will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. This person will manage complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. They will leverage advanced data analysis techniques and a deep understanding of CRM systems to optimize sales and customer success processes. Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at the Senior Analyst level or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to lead advanced workstreams, programs, or initiatives independently
- High level of technical expertise, including automation and AI application experience
- Experience with Sales Incentives, Reporting automation, Bonus & Compensation programs
- Strong advanced reporting and analytics capability
- Familiarity with Indeed data sources, tools and environments
Responsibilities
- Manage complex revenue operations projects, from conception to implementation, with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Develop and implement advanced data analysis models to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and customer success operations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue operations strategies with overall business targets.
- Design and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time visibility into revenue performance.
- Optimize CRM systems and sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems within existing systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in revenue operations and data analytics.
