OpenLoop is looking for a Manager, Revenue Enablement – Customer Success (All Verticals) to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Customer Success Leadership, driving consistency, retention, and growth across the post-sale customer journey. You will focus on enabling CSMs, TAMs, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term value. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and revenue growth.
