About The Position

A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position offers comprehensive benefits for associates and their families, paid time off and sick time, and respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
