Senior Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a full-time member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The role is suited to someone who wants to develop as a leader and pursue a career in retail. The anticipated rate is $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and access to the company 401(k) plan for eligible associates. Associates accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
