About The Position

A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. This role is suited to someone who wants to develop as a leader and is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated rate is $20.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is full-time, with scheduling during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
