About The Position

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor on a permanent basis on our Independent Business Operations team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada. This role requires travel of approximately 50% or more throughout Western Canada. In this role you will help independent retail grocery clients grow their business through a consultative sales approach, strategic programs, and operational support. Build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive profitability and long-term success.

Requirements

6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in food management.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
A strong understanding of Fresh Food departments, particularly meat, is considered an asset.
Must be able to complete a Criminal Record Check, a Substance Test, and provide a Drivers Abstract.
