This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Winnipeg, MB. This position requires frequent travel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Centre Store serves as a trusted advisor to Local Co-ops, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support in areas such as financial performance, sales growth, operational improvement, and long-term business planning. Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the assigned Local Co-op portfolio by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and coaching leaders to achieve budgeted sales targets.
• Partner with Local Co-op leaders and the Operations Team to implement sales strategies that align with department objectives and business priorities.
• Improve controllable contribution performance through operational reviews, targeted action plans, and ongoing coaching to support sustainable profitability.
• Support store development, merchandising, and Local Co-op partnerships to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
