Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of management experience and previous retail experience preferred.
• A strong ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while addressing inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate employees—including Managers in Training—while holding the team accountable to company standards.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively, priced correctly, and adjusted according to promotions and changes.
• Monitor inventory levels, prevent shrinkage, and control labor and other expenses to maintain store profitability.
• Complete daily paperwork, monitor cash overages/shortages, and submit gasoline competitor pricing.
• Address and report incidents or accidents according to company policies.
