About The Position
As a Senior Retail Banker - Rogers, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for consumer and business customers, helping align financial needs with appropriate bank products and services. This role supports branch performance through consistent service quality and sound operational judgment. This role is based in Rogers but will be a "floater" role that will travel to different Northwest Arkansas branches as business needs dictate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 5 or more years of customer service.
- 3 or more years of retail banking experience.
- Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands listed.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessary
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen customer relationships through consultative conversations
- Recommend solutions across the Bank’s product and service offerings
- Execute retail banking transactions accurately and in accordance with policy
- Support branch operations and step into operational coverage when the Branch Manager is away
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations
