About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Resolution Officer Lead to support the Finance and Business Partners of FSS (Financial Shared Services) Accounting Services with respect to the provision of the Specialized Services provided by FSS. This includes but is not limited to Accounts Receivable and processing of Journal Entries, Top Side and Adjustment Capture adhering to strict timelines and service delivery metrics for all processes and act as a liaison to partners for problem identification and resolution, service quality and initiative delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in accounting, financial operations, or transaction processing roles.
  • Proficiency in financial systems/ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Availability for extended hours during critical financial periods (month/quarter/year-end).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in financial institutions or banking sector in financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the organization's administration function and performance.
  • Responsible for the ownership of journal entry and Accounts Receivable processing.
  • The role also serves as the first point of escalation for business partners/business units for problem resolution, both for journal entry processing and accounts receivable.
  • Acts as Journal Entry & AR COE Expert for client and partner issues, ensuring identification of continuous improvement opportunities, development of action plans and solutions through established metrics and reporting processes.
  • Managing staff performing office support duties and assisting office staff with day-to-day projects as required.
  • Identifying and implementing systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.
  • Organizing and coordinating projects and events.
