About The Position
Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
- Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.

- Speak a second language fluently, other than English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing our Residential Department’s supervision system to ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely supervisions to help promote professional development.
- Plan and run shifts to ensure safety of milieu and all policies are followed as well as participate in rotating on call coverage.
- Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures, and ensure that staffing ratios are met at all times.
- Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.
- Provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students.
