About The Position

Are you the Senior Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes in trauma informed care. Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Nice To Haves

• Speak a second language fluently, other than English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the Residential Department’s supervision system to ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely supervisions to help promote professional development.
• Plan and run shifts to ensure safety of milieu and all policies are followed as well as participate in rotating on call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures, and ensure that staffing ratios are met at all times.
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.
• Transporting students.
